Call for Applications: 2026 ICFO Scholarship Program

This is the Secretariat of International Co-operative Fisheries Organisation(ICFO).

ICFO is a sectoral organization of the International Co-operative Alliance(ICA). 

It was established to promote the development of fisheries cooperatives, to promote trade, to share cooperative training and education materials as well as information on fishery matters.

Now, ICFO is taking a role to connect fisheries cooperatives from 19 countries around the world.

It is highly honored to have a chance to introduce "ICFO Scholarship Program" to you.

It aims to nurture talents in the field of fisheries across the world, students would have chance to study in Pukyong National University for 2-year graduate course.

For 10 years, ICFO have supported 22 students from 6 countries.

Now, ICFO receives applications for '2026 ICFO Scholarship Student'.

We are going to select 2 student this year, and provide some benefits such as airfare and dormitory expenses, some living expenses, tuition fee for the 2-year graduate course in Pukyong National University.

We have attached the guidance materials and application form as attachments.

We hope you to recommend this program to other organizations so that many young students could have chances to apply.

Those students, who apply for this, have to send us an application and required documents. 

The application deadline is April 30, 2026. However, we recommend to submit earilier than that because there should be additional online application process.
